Supernatural society  is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. 

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary as per the order value and mode of payment. You’ll be able to see the shipping charges when you checkout the cart.

Do you deliver to my city?

We deliver to all metros and major cities across India. Please choose your pincode in the drop-down list during check-out to confirm your city. If you can’t find your pincode in the list, please contact us and we’ll let you know if delivery to your city is possible or not. 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 5 working days after dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at (+91)-9711720124 or email us at support@wearesupernaturalsociety.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is sent to you at no additional cost. 

Cancelation policy : Customer shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, only before the Order has been shipped.

Cancelation /Returns after Dispatch of Products for Prepaid mode of payment (Only in case of damage to packaging and wrong product shipped.No exchanges allowed) In case the Product is found having damage in packaging after delivery of the same and/or the wrong product is shipped, the User can request for return/ canvel of the Product any time after delivery of the Product but not later than three (2) days from the date of delivery of the Product through e-commerce website. The Customer needs to follow the process defined below for return:
Send an email to support@enyanaturalfoods.com seeking for return of the Products quoting the order ID No. Also share the valid reason and pictures of the Product.
The Products shall have to be returned at the expense of the Customer / Guest to the address mentioned below: ENYA NATURAL FOODS .B1/ 236 upper ground floor paschim vihar , New Delhi 110063 OR CALL ON 9711720124 (9 AM TO 5 PM MON TO SAT )
In case of any quality concerns, we will refund the cost paid by the consumer to us for the specific product(s) and also reimburse the cost of courier charges incurred for returning, with in 7 working days the product to ENF pvt ltd subject to production of proof. All approval of returns istc subject to verification by the Company and the same are left to the sole discretion of the Company.
In the event of cancellation/return of order for the reasons mentioned as per our Cancellation & Return policy, ENF shall reverse the payment the customer has paid with in 7 working days after the return material has been recived at our end.
In case a consumer wants to cancel an order, he needs to do so by cancelling on the mail support@enyanaturalfoods.com Partial return is not permissible. In case an email is sent to ENF will refund a consumer only after the consignment is received at the ENF store. (Address as mentioned above) within 7 working days. ENF reserves its right to claim cost of to and fro Logistics charges from the customer if the total value of the consignment is more than Rs.600
